Do you use social media for business?
Your content is an opportunity for two conversations.
You need to pay attention to your comment section:
What questions are your customers of potential customers asking?
Is your target market complaining about anything in particular?
How are your followers explaining things to each other if they answer each other’s questions, or add a comment on someone else’s comment on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and any other social media platforms you might be on?
The answers to these questions should ideally guide what you are saying in your social media posts and contribute to your content plan .
