Building African Brands
Brand names: Are there things you keep explaining to people?
It may be time for a change if you find yourselves explaining something more than once.
You need to be conscious of how the people you want to serve experience your brand when you aren’t in the room to answer these questions.
Not everyone will reach out to ask what you mean.
You need to clarify information and preempt any questions they may have adding it to the information.
And if it can’t be added — it may time for a change.
